MODULE 1: REALITY CHECK

In this module we will discuss a little history and background on why our gut health is declining. We will touch on farming methods & practices, the FDA (Food & Drug Administration), the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), Big Pharma (large pharmaceutical companies), large food corporations and how they are all impacting your health.

 

MODULE 2:  GUT

Next, you will learn about the importance of the gut, the most ignored and underappreciated organ in the body until recently.  We will discuss the functions of the digestive system, including new research on the connection between the gut and the brain.

MODULE 3:  REMOVE

Here you will learn about what factors affect your gut microbiome. We will also touch on beneficial vs. pathogenic gut bacteria, overgrowth of yeast or other fungi, presence of parasites, poor digestive function/assimilation, a congested liver, and gut permeability or "leaky gut".

 

MODULE 4:  BUILD 

This module is all about building a healthy microbiome so your gut, and the rest of your health, can flourish. We need an abundant and diverse set of good gut bacteria to maintain optimal health, yet almost all of us are deficient.

MODULE 4:  RELEASE

Something that just cannot be overlooked when discussing gut health and yet commonly is - your mindset, emotions, and thoughts! Yes, all of these can contribute to the function and health of your gut, no question. Now, it's time to explore and make some mindset shifts that will positively impact not only your gut but the rest of your life as well.

 

MODULE 6: THE LONG GAME

Now that we have laid the foundation for a healthy gut, how do we heal that gut lining? And what do we do to make sure it doesn't happen again? We will close out the class discussing this so you will be armed and ready for long-term gut health!
